File Description | Targa ( Truevision Advanced Raster Graphics Adapter ) is a raster image file format created by Truevision Inc. later acquired by Avid Technology. ICB is originally created using the AT&T EPICenter Image Capture Board (ICB) video card or the ICB-PAINT software, and saved in the standard Targa format. Targa images are stored with the common .TGA extension, which stands for Truevision Graphics Adapter. Targa format store image data with 8, 15, 16, 24, or 32 bits of pixel – the maximum 24 bits of RGB and an extra 8-bit alpha channel. |

When you double click ICB files on computer, the associated program will be launched to open the selected ICB file. But you can change it to any program at your pleasure. a) Select a program to open ICB files on WindowsRight-click on the ICB file and go through 'Open with' > 'Choose default program'. In the pop-up windows, choose a program as the ICB file opener. If you decide to always open ICB files with the program, only check the option 'Always use the selected program to open this kind of file'. b) Select another application to open ICB files on MacFirst Get Info about any one of ICB files by right-clicking or Command-I, and click 'Open with' arrow to choose a program to start your ICB file. Click 'Change All' button to set the selected application as the default ICB file opener app. |
